Payments for digital courses, educational materials and digital services are intended to be non-refundable once the purchase is completed and access or delivery has begun, except where a refund, cancellation, remedy or other right is required by applicable law or where a specific written offer states otherwise.
For pre-orders, cancelled offerings, duplicate transactions, failed payments, incorrect charges, or services that are not delivered as promised, requests will be reviewed in accordance with applicable law and the terms communicated at the time of purchase.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
